Illinois Humanities Council Programming Grants Helping Illinois nonprofit organizations develop public humanities programs for local audiences and/or support to help accomplish their core humanities missions. July 15, 2013
Must contact program officer at least one month before submission. Highly interest in projects with a community focus. Proposals accepted four times a year: January 15th, April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th.
Terra Foundation for American Art Academic Program Grants Funding for symposia, colloquia, and scholarly convenings on American art, particularly in an international context December 16, 2013

American Philosophical Society Franklin Research Grants Funding up to $6k in support of research projects with special funding for research in London or Edinburgh. October 1, 2014
